    Amazing service. The barista that took my order was super nice and helpful when I was ordering my drink. Iced chai latte with caramel drizzle, cinnamon dolce topping and lavender foam. Delicious!

    Love when the baristas are efficient and you don’t have to double check or keep repeating. Had yummy cups of pecan latte and pumpkin spice latte made just the way we wanted it to be made. Very quick and efficient. Wish all coffee chains had such baristas. lol. Beautiful shop! No wonder its R rated. Just can’t wait for Starbucks to introduce plant-based baked goods. It’s funny how they call egg - vegetarian come on!

    The baristas were so nice to me and everyone walking in! I stayed there to work for 2h30 and honestly, I wish every coffee shops were like this! They kept bringing me testers, the service was super fast and they even offered me a free refill just when I was leaving! 10/10 recommend, they made my day

    Very clean starbucks with friendly staff. Everything was quick and came out as expected quality. This is a great place if you have no wifi or are wanting a cafe vibe to study at.

    My husband and I were served by a very friendly and knowledgeable barista who shared her mutual adventures to Cuba and love of coffee. We didnt get her name, but she made our visit to this Starbucks memorable.

    Good sized clean starbucks with plenty of seating including cozy armchairs and lots of plug in spots for your laptop. Very friendly staff had our order up in under 5 minutes. Drinks were great. New potato bites are very tasty too.

    The experience I had at this Starbucks on September 3rd 2022 was incredible. The tall blonde lady with glasses whose name I don’t remember was truly incredible. The dine in option was closed and drive thru was open, my friend had dropped me off and went to get gas for her vehicle and there I stood with the interior being closed and no car. The store manager asked if I had a question and when she saw my sadness, she immediately told me to come on in and she would take my order. This location and the manager went above and beyond and got my drink absolutely perfect!! I was having a horrendous day and just her simple act of kindness made it special for me. So thank you to her and all the staff at this Brockville location. Your customer experience you provide doesn’t go unnoticed. Sincerely, An extremely happy guest

    I would say that at this point, I would be considered a regular here. I always order the exact same thing and have zero complaints about anything here. The baristas are always so polite and if my order is taking a little while during the lunch rush, they always ask about my day and try to make conversation. I love this place!
